Meet Our Trainer

Eric has been training dogs for over 13 years. His approach to training is both practical and compassionate with a strong focus on pack leadership. A great respect and understanding for animals led him to his years long career within this field. Eric has worked with task training service dogs, assisted and led classes for assistant therapy dogs, and has trained many more dogs in basic obedience, CGC certification.

Eric would cherish the opportunity to help you foster a strong, lifelong, and loving relationship with your canine companion.

Puppy Enrichment

4 week course - $150

Puppies 8-12 weeks of age

Commands covered: come, touch, name
Topics covered: A short course covering the necessary knowledge needed to help raise a puppy in a safe, healthy and enriching environment.

Great for first time puppy owners!

Puppy Kindergarten

6 Week Course - $250

Puppies 12 weeks - 5 months of age

Commands covered: sit, down, stay, leave-it, drop-it, loose-leash walking*

Topics Covered: potty training, handling, nipping, jumping, barking, crate training, *loose leash walking, impulse control, puppy stage, safe socialization.

Puppy Elementary

6 Week Course - $250

Puppies 6 months - 11months of age

Commands covered: sit, down, stay, leave-it, place, intro to heel and commands in heel

Topics Covered: potty training, handling, nipping, jumping, barking, crate training, training with distractions, impulse control, adolescent stage.

Private Training

1 hour session - $90 (Must purchase a minimum of 4 sessions.)

Private sessions often involve working on specific behavioral issues but can also be taken for basic obedience for puppies.

Private Training gives owners a broader range of times for training and is a more personalized training specific to your dogs needs.

Beginner

6 week course - $250

Adult Dogs

Commands: sit, down, stay, come, leave-it, place, intro to heel and commands in heel

Topics covered: Raising an adopted canine companion, socializing and playing with an older dog, building a strong bond, and introducing manners to a family dog with no training.

Manners I

6 Week Course - $250

Adult Dogs

Commands: sit, down, stay, leave-it, flip, heel, place, intermediate heel

Topics Covered: building on beginner basic behaviors, introducing distractions, introducing off-leash training (done with a long line)

Manners II

6 week course - $250

Adult Dogs

Commands covered: all commands tested against higher level of distractions and situations

Topics Covered: Building on skills learned in Manners I, continuing with higher level of distractions, focusing on a strong heel and several commands at a distance.

Bathing

Bath - $25 & up

Depends on size & fur length

(Includes nail trim, ear cleaning, brushout/blowout)
